Vintage, shabby chic or distressed - Sweet Stampin'

 Morning all,

It's time for one of my favourite themes over at Sweet Stampin' right now. We're looking for your shabby chic, vintage or distressed creations. I made a card that ended up having a little of all of them...

I've always had a bit of a weakness for bookprint papers, and when they're all vintagey and distressed like this, even more so. And I thought rose gold pearls complemented them nicely, even if the one in the bottom right corner came out orange (!?) through a trick of the light.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what everyone creates for this one!

The Paper Shelter - Summer Break Challenge

I decided to run with the idea of summer, and made a card with the super sweet  A soda Under the Sun, and paired her with some seaside-themed Maja Design papers.

I used the super cute I Won (I really, really love her dress!) and had a play with a colour combo I don't use often. The result is bright and cheerful, and have I mentioned I love her dress?

Use Numbers - Sweet Stampin'

 My apologies blogland, I completely forgot to schedule my card, so I'm a little late to share the current Sweet Stampin' challenge theme of Use Numbers with you guys, although don't worry, there's plenty of time to join in still!

My contribution to the theme is something a little different from my usual, and involved some heart and circle dies and a whole heap of glitter card! Some equally glittery die-cut numbers and a stamped birthday sentiment finish off the design.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but rather than my usual go-to of 14x14cm, this one is a whopping 20x20cm! I had to go buy bigger envelopes! lol.
