Hi folks. Sorry I've not been around much and haven't commented as much as usual this week. After more than a year of feeling exhausted, I've finally been diagnosed with M.E. So I needed a few days to work out how I felt about that.
Mostly, I'm ok. I don't think I'm anywhere near as bad with it as a lot of sufferers, and I can still function more-or-less normally, as long as I don't overdo it. I find short gentle walks are still doable most of the time (though up-hill kills me!) and all-in-all I'm convinced I'll cope just fine.
Work is still not going to happen for a while, but hey... More time for crafting! :-D
Anyways, enough about that. I have a heap of cards again, but shall start with one I made for a friend whose birthday is coming up. He's a huge comic/super hero fan, so I found an adorable bugaboo digi to play with:
Please excuse my rubbish handwriting! lol.
I made the speech bubble on my PC and when done I decorated the inside to match. It's a very simple card, but I think it's just right for my friend.
Recipe:
Image - AKV superhero Shield
Medium - Promarkers
Paper - Let's make cards
Red and white card from stash.
That's it for this card. I'll be back later or tomorrow morning with some more.
Hope your day has been most excellent!

What a wonderful card!
Thanks also for popping by my blog and leaving a comment :) As for joining in with the challenge, I look forward to seeing your entry!!! xxx
I had wondered where you were Sammy. Crafting is such a brilliant therapy for all kinds of conditions and should be available on prescription - can you imagine, Take one LOTV stamp and 10 Promarkers daily for 4 weeks!! I wish you well and take care of you xx
That's one Super card.

I'm sorry to hear your news, well done for being so positive about it though, like Sarah says Crafting is a brilliant therapy.
