For a Child - The Paper Shelter

New challenge time at The Paper Shelter, and this week we're looking for creations for a child. 

I decided to have some fun with the fab Fairy Tales digi, and it just so happened I had some papers with an almost identical fairy castle on them, which made for the perfect pairing!

Although I should apologise for my inability to take a straight photograph. It always looks straight on the view-finder/screen of my camera, but when I go to edit the picture it's wonky. A bit like me :D

The new challenge over at The Paper Shelter this week is add a tag! I always like using the LotV tag stamp sets for this prompt - one of the first stamp sets I ever bought! I paired them with the brand new, adorable Lotus Fairy, and had fun adding flowers and bling. A shame I didn't have any lotus flowers, but I found one that could pass for a lotus if you squint enough... ;)

Special woman - Sweet Stampin'

 Morning folks,

Time for the new challenge over at Sweet Stampin', and it's that time of the year where we're looking for cards for those special women!

I'm actually going to be seeing my mother on mother's day for the first time in decades! Living 350 miles away doesn't make it an easy task to just pop over for a cuppa!

My mum is extremely fond of tigers (you can't look anywhere in her house and not see one!), and she also loves black& gold combo, so I ended up with this:

Everything is metallic (even the tiger itself), but it doesn't show up in the photo very well.
